Satisfaction Assurance Policy / Terms of Change/Return / Cancellation of Order

Notify the matter via email info@my724mart.com. You can choose to change to other items of the same value or change them to other goods at higher value by paying the difference in the value of the goods or wishing to obtain a refund, the Company will complete within 30 days from the date the Company receives the matter.

Change /Return Conditions - To Maximize Your Satisfaction when you receive the product, please check the order's order warranty, which Company guarantees the replacement/return in the following cases.

• In case of product damage from the manufacturer

• The product is incomplete or damaged by the shipment.

• Received no order. - You can return or replace the goods. By following the procedure.

• Contact back to the company to inform you of the return or replacement of the goods within 3 days

• The goods submitted must be in the same condition as when you receive it, the product must be in a state that has never been used. Manuals and accessories must be completed.

• Return shipping to the Company by channels that can be verified, such as ems transmission by Thai Post Company Public Company Limited or private transportation that can check the status of the shipment.

• When the Company receives the goods and checks for mistakes as provided by the Customer. The Company will reassign or restore the goods to the buyer, as the Company has already agreed with the buyer. The Company will restore the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt and the value of the goods will be transferred to the bank account with the same name as the purchaser.

• Cancellation of the order - If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. • Cancel shipping order You will not be charged any fees, but if the company has shipped the goods according to your order, you will not be able to cancel the order and will be responsible for the cost of such goods and shipping.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel orders via the website at any time. If the error is caused by a print error or an unpredicted error as a result of wrong information of the product on the website (whether it is the item name, quantity, product detail, etc.). In the event that the Company has cancelled the order but has receive payments from you, the Company will fully refund the goods to you within 30 days from the payment date.
